About KiwiOz

We launched KiwiOz in 2002 to support young Kiwis and Aussies moving abroad to nanny. 

Nearly ten years later we have offices in London, Brighton, Auckland and Sydney and have worked with thousands of families and nannies. It's our passion to support families and nannies through the recruitment process and empower them to work well together.

To help achieve this we've developed a unique platform of services for our community, including nanny management toolkits, nanny training courses and our popular nanny support network, Café Nanny.

Although we have grown over the years, we maintain our small business mindset and strong focus on customer service. We've attracted a loyal client base who continue to recommend KiwiOz to colleagues and friends- a partnership that we truly value.

Lisa Bentley: KiwiOz Director and Hop Skip Learn Administrator, Auckland
Lisa established KiwiOz in London in 2002. She was based in London for five years before moving home to open the Auckland office of KiwiOz Nannies in 2005. 

Lisa is passionate about raising professionalism in the nanny industry in NZ. Since launching KiwiOz in NZ she has established a premier service for families covering everything from hiring to payroll. This year she has launched Hop Skip Learn in conjunction with the Ministry of Education.

Outside of work Lisa is a very keen sportperson. She is a frequent skier/ snowboarder and has decided to take up golf in 2012.

Rachel Lewis- KiwiOz Director and Manager, Sydney
 Rachel is one of the founders of KiwiOz. She lived in the UK for ten years running the London office before heading to Sydney to launch the office there in 2011. Rachel is passionate about empowering families and nannies to work well together and enjoy healthy relationships. Since arriving to Sydney she has also launched a training division for KiwiOz and popular nanny support network- Café Nanny.

Geva Maher- Manager, Auckland 
Geva has worked for KiwiOz since 2007, she had a year off in the USA in 2010 but returned full of energy and ideas in 2011. Geva is who most families and nannies will deal with and all are impressed with the speed at which Geva works, we are very lucky to have her back! Geva has also taken to entering adventure running races and loves all things nutrition especially new gluten free recipes!

Amy Williamson- Hop Skip Learn Co-ordinator
Amy has a wealth of childcare experience having trained and worked as a nanny for 15 years, she then went on to complete her Bachelor of Primary teaching and worked as a new entrance teacher. Amy is now the Co-ordinator of Hop Skip Learn Programme who visits all our Auckland based families and nannies. In 2011 Amy also became Mum to the gorgeous Hunter so she is great to speak to about the juggles of home and work.

Klara Tangring- Administrator, Auckland
Klara is here from Sweden and studying at AUT. She has been in NZ for over 3 years as orginally came here as an Au pair. She is now completing her masters in Psychology and works part time for KiwiOz assisting the office with completing reference checks and filing.

Karen Buckwell- Manager, London
 Karen has worked with KiwiOz for over four years, arriving to the UK from New Zealand to nanny through KiwiOz in 2008. In 2010 she made the move to behind the desk to become our very popular live in nanny consultant. In 2012 she has taken on the challenge of managing the London office. Karen is the person to talk to if you’re thinking of making the move from NZ or Australia to the UK to nanny. She has a wealth of experience working with new arrivals and ensuring successful placements.

Nicola Giles- Manager, Brighton
 Nicki has worked with KiwiOz for over three years, starting as a consultant before taking over the Management of our London office in 2011. Nicki is responsible for business development in the UK and she is currently working on expanding our services throughout SE England. She has recently established an already busy office in Brighton, Sussex, and is busy working with parents, nannies, hotels and childcare centres to support their childcare requirements.

Shaina Brown- Consultant, London
 Shaina is a new arrival to KiwiOz this year and has already made an impression with her friendly, efficient approach. Shaina covers the daily desk in London so if you’re looking for a full time or part time daily nanny she is the one to contact. Shaina is a qualified Early Childhood teacher and has worked both in teaching and nannying, so she brings great experience to the role.
